Syshchuk A. Communicative activity of the central organs of executive power of Ukraine.

In the thesis there have been pointed out general regularities of the development of the subject-to-subject communication of the central organs of the executive power of Ukraine and the public. In the course of research the author worked out methods of the data processing and with their application analyzed the present day state of things and the perspectives of the development of the communication activities of ministries, institutions, agencies, inspectorates, and other central organs of the executive power after the administrative reform of the year 2010. There have been distinguished the effective forms of communication and among them a special significance was given to the consultations with the public in the format of public discussions. The expediency of the communicative audition of the state institutions conducted with the usage of the author's methods that are based on the analysis of the quality parameters of the communicative practices has been justified.
