Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigation of clinical and instrumental diagnostic system for determination of functional state of the heart muscle in patients with acute myocardial infarction at early stages of the disease and prediction of its course and outcome. The mechanisms of circadian activity of acute coronary syndrome development, dependence of patients' psychosomatic status and reduction of vasopressin levels at different forms of myocardial infarction and its complications are determined. Suggested chronobiological model of atherosclerosis progression allows to determine pathogenetic aspects of the disease, to prevent recurrent episodes of patients destabilization and to optimize long-term assessment of treatment effectiveness for mortality and morbidity reduction, heart failure and life-threatened arrhythmias development in post-infarction patients.
