The dissertation is dedicated to improving the quality of neurological disorders diagnosis and optimization of drug treatment strategy in coal mines with vibration disease from the local vibration. The peculiarities of vestibular disorders in vibration disease from local vibration are set. They art showed that the severity of vibration disease associated with the severity of vestibular disorders. The ways to identify discrimination and pain sensitivity in the fingers are developed and protected by patents. Two models predict risk of second severity vibration disease from the local vibration on the basis of functional state of the nervous system and occupational characteristics are constructed. Correction of vestibular disorders is developed and proved by drug containing betahistyn hydrochloride. The results are introduced in the practice of clinical establishments, scientific and educational process of universities and research institutes.
