Essay

In the thesis the method of teaching of Modern History in 8-9 forms of basic school is considered in the historical and pedagogical aspects. The analysis of the elaboration of the problem in theory and practice was held, it was found that the problem is not fully covered by the components of pedagogy. The author's model of teaching of Modern History at 8-9 forms of basic school, methodological conditions for the implementation of value and active approach to the lessons of the Modern History in 8-9 forms were determined and theoretically grounded and the method of its use in learning was tested. Experiment results give grounds to assert the factors that improve the efficiency of learning and the formation of values.
