In the manuscript proved that the employee's inaptitude to the held position or to the job status is the inability of the employee to continue the executing of his labor function due to insufficient qualifications or the employee's health status. That may serve as a ground for the employee's dismissal with the observance of the statutorily prescribed order, and with the provision of the additional benefits and guarantees. The necessity of the allocation of insufficient qualifications and health status as independent grounds for terminating of labour contract on the employer's initiative in the case of inconsistencies of employee for his held position or job status.
