Kalinichenko О. Monitoring the implementation of constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen in Ukraine

Thesis deals with theoretical and applied problems of control over constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen in Ukraine. Particularly it considers doctrinal principles of Institute of control over the implementation of constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen. The philosophical and legal aspects of its origin, formation and development were investigated. The state constitutional regulation of control over constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen were defined. Author defines, distinguishes characteristics and described its principles. There were considered forms, methods and regulations controlling the implementation of constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen.
