Andriy V. The procedural features of trial and solution of civil cases of arrangement invalidation

The thesis is a self-dependent completed scientific research devoted to the accentuation of the procedural features of trial and solution of civil cases of arrangement invalidation. Аs a result of the research, the features of procedural status of the persons engaged in cases of arrangements invalidation were discovered, the range of facts and circumstances that formed the issue of evidence in above mentioned categories of civil cases were outlined, procedural order of collection, examination and evaluation of evidences in that categories of cases were denoted. The procedural features of proceeding's opening, proceedings of arrangement invalidation before trial and at the time of trial of above mentioned categories of cases were investigated.
