The thesis is devoted to the search for new biological active compounds among derivatives of 3-aryl(aralkyl)xanthinyl-7(8)-alkanic and -8-methylthioalkanic acids. There were developed the preparative techniques of obtaining of 3-aryl(aralkyl)-8-methylxanthinyl-7-acetatic, 3-aryl(aralkyl)xanthinyl-8-propanic, 3-benzylxanhtinyl-8-methylthioacetatic acids and their functional derivatives. Studied the biological effects and found some of certain laws and derive the relationship "structure-action."
