Essay

The aim - development of methods of measuring of spatial and energy, polarization, time parameters and characteristics of laser radiation using thin-wire bolometers under their heating to high temperatures and allowing the nonlinear effects which occur using Radon integral. Object - thermal processes in bolometers during their interaction with powerful laser radiation. Methods - integrated methods of tomography, methods of measuring optical and thermal parameters of the bolometers, method of least squares, estimation methods of indirect errors, signal from the grid receiver, based on Radon transform, processing method. Results - the measurement methods of the spatial, energy, polarization, and temporal characteristics and parameters of powerful laser radiation with the aid of grid bolometers are developed. The signal processing algorithms based on the integral Radon transform for the grid receiver with the consideration of the temperature dependence of physical parameters of bolometers are developed. The measuring methods of the direction of the linear polarization and the shape of the pulse with the duration much smaller than the thermal time constant got a further development. Implementation - NSC "Institute of Metrology". Application - technology for the measurement of characteristics of the powerful laser radiation
