Essay

It has been shown, that TNF level of patients with LN is significantly higher compared with healthy individuals: more then 10,9 times of AL, 10,5 times of CLL, in 8,9 times of nHL, 6,9 times of HL. In some forms of LN diseases (AL, HL, CLL) has been shown the direct connection between levels of TNF in plasma blood and stages of anemia, leuko- and thrombocytopenia, clinical manifestations and aggressiveness of pathological process. Expediency of testing TNF and its soluble receptors sTNF-RI/sTNF-RII was proved for evaluation of tumor pool distribution and optimization of treatment response in patients with LN.
