Essay

The data characterized the frequency of polymorphic variants of investigated genes GSTT1, GSTM1, GSTP1(А313), MDR1 (C3435T) in patients with MM. The presence of CC genotype of the MDR1 gene were significantly more is formed Bence-Jones type and the presence of GSTM1 allelic polymorphism more often developed in patients with renal failure. Reliable markers to reduce the overall three-year survival and markers increased the overall 5-year survival in patients with MM. It was created the significant predictive model for risk assessing of MM refractory forms, which include the definition in patients - GSTM1 gene polymorphism, calcium and ?2-globulin levels in the blood serum.
