The theoretical generalization and new decision of the theoretical-legal problems concerning domestic legislation in the sphere of the state regulation of the payment for labor have been given. In-depth analysis of the scientists views of these problems has been fulfiled, the norms of the existing domestic labor legislation, national and international legal acts have been investigated. That state regulation of the payment for labor is set of methods to determine the rules, procedures, regulations, norms and guarantees of the payment for labor on the base of the adoption of the relevant normative acts, control of their observance by the authorities and also establishing by the state of the payment for labor norms obligatory for the parties of the employment contract has been proved. The state guarantees the payment for labor of employees of the enterprises of all forms of ownership by the way of the establishing: (a) amount of the minimum wage;(b) state norms;(c) conditions and amount of the minimum payment for labor of the heads of the enterprises based on the state and municipal property, employees of enterprises and organizations that are financed and subsidized by the state budget;( d) taxation of all workers incomes. The viewpoint that state regulation of the payment for labor in the complex of the ongoing economic reforms has to be as follows: (a)to provide just payment for work on the basis of an adequate assessment of its costs and results; (b)to create the opportunities for the growth of the welfare of workers and their families to the level of the advanced countries of the world taking into account the continuous growth of economy;(c) to form the conditions for the expanded reproduction of the labor force has been given reason.
