Oleksiy K. Implementation of textual category of addressability in modern Ukrainian prose

Relevance of communicative and pragmatic approach to the analysis of literary text is analyzed in the thesis; traditional linguistic methodology is combined with the discursive analysis of textual category of addressability. Categorical status of addressability is defined within the typology of text categories, the typology of intra-and outer textual recipients is generalized. The typology of intertextual recipients is analyzed on the basis of communicative roles of recipients of the literary interaction; lexical and grammatical means of expressing addressability in fiction are defined. The specific of auto addressability is disclosed, presented in inner speech, in correspondence and oneiric discourse, peculiarities of implementation of addressability in the forms of "dialogue with monologue elements" and "monologue with dialogue elements" in modern prose are revealed. Linguistic expressions of outer textual recipient-reader are presented in communicative and pragmatic aspect, explicated in the components of auxiliary text - dedication, foreword, afterword, annotations, comments and notes. Real and imaginary recipients are separated in fiction, based on the reader.
