Alibekova Y. Ecologically oriented management of administrative-territorial units' socio-economic development

The Object of the study scientific work - a processes of forming and effective functioning of the system of the ecologically oriented management of steady development of administrative-territorial unit. Research aim: improvement of theoretical and methodical positions in relation to forming of ecologicaly oriented management of steady development of administrative-territorial units. Research methods: dialectical method, approach of the systems, and also fundamental positions of generaleconomic theory, theory of economic efficiency of publicproduction and theory of economics of nature management and environment protection. Theoretical and practical results: results are methodical developments, practical recommendations of introduction ofprinciples, methods and instruments of the organizationally-economic providing of the ecologically oriented management of at the level of administrative territory. Novelty: intercommunication and interconditionality of levelof socio-ecologo- economic balanced of administrative - territorial unit are set with efficiency of functioning of thesystem of the ecologically oriented management; improved scientific and methodical approach to determine the degree of balanced socio-ecological-economic system of administrative-territorial units; methodical approach to modeling the dynamics of growth of the gross regional product of administrative-territorial unit; was developed scientific and methodical approach to the formation of organizational and economic support ecologically-oriented management subdivision; were further developed teaching position for efficient allocation of financial resources for socio-ecological-economic development of the territory. The Degree of the introduction: development and practical recommendations were carried out in activity: LLC "REEF - 03", private industrial and commercial enterprise "STS", in scholastic process Sumy State University. The sphere of the use: economics of nature management and environment protection.
