Kravets L. Economic bases of formation of the institutional mechanism management of environmental quality

Object of research: the process of formation and functioning of the economic foundations of the institutional mechanism of formation of environmental management. Objective: to develop theory and practical rationale for recommendations for promoting the economic foundations of the institutional mechanism of environmental management. Methods: analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization and comparison, systematic approach, economic and mathematical modeling, system dynamics, econometric analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodical, practical suggestions on deepening and improving approaches to the formation of the institutional mechanism of environmental management. Scientific novelty: the proposed economic-mathematical model assessing the impact of environmental investment on environmental quality; improved conceptual basis for the formation of the institutional mechanism of environmental management, which, unlike existing account for state regulation of market failure and the need to reflect the logical sequence of the institutional mechanism; improved the economic basis for the formation of the institutional mechanism of environmental management, which, unlike the existing based on the integrated assessment of environmental quality and the allocation of public funds in the field of environmental protection; improved methodical approach to evaluating the quality of the environment, which, unlike existing considers economic, environmental and social aspects of Ukraine and is an informational basis for management decisions in support of environmental quality; improved economic and mathematical model of choice for environmental projects; were further developed scientific-methodical approach to environmental quality management and terminological system of environmental management. Degree of implementation: development and practical recommendations implemented in the activities of the State Ecological Inspectorate in Donetsk Oblast and Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, in the learning process of Donetsk National University.
