Solyar S. The Legal Regulation of the Status and Activities of the Civil Society Institutions (the theoretical and legal research).

The author has carried out a comprehensive scientific study of common legal framework for the activities of civil society. It is disclosed the basic science presented in the approaches to the definition of civil society. The author has established the structure of civil society and common criteria to be met by the institutions of civil society. In the paper the classification of institutions of civil society is proposed. It is clarified the development of civil society in Ukraine. The author has developed proposals to improve the legal regulation of the institutions of civil society, in particular, to harmonize the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine on the legal status of civil society.
