Essay

The dissertation is a study of the major aspects of the dishonesty advertising in the five Lviv and nationwide newspapers during 2007 - 2013 years. It is analyzed and identified the key features of the dishonesty advertising. A sociological survey revealed that the vast majority of readers has a negative attitude to the unfair advertising. Some dishonesty advertising is perceived by readers as the informative content of the newspapers. It leads to the rejection of socially important information by the audience. It is considered to create a public organization that would monitor the advertisements in the Ukrainian printed newspapers and to co-operate with the editors, advertisers and government regulatory institutions.
