The dissertation is devoted to civil legal ways to protect corporate rights. In this work defined the concept of corporate law as an object of protection, its types, the subjective value of corporate rights and interests, protection and rights. Studied an extensive system of jurisdictional protection of corporate rights, jurisdiction disputes arising out of corporate relations, especially the self-defense of corporate rights as unjurisdictional forms of protection. Done general theoretical description of the ways to protect corporate rights, clarified the legal nature of the latter, offered their author's definition and characteristics, the system studied ways to protect corporate rights. The features of the practical application of certain civil legal ways to protect the rights of the corporate relationships. A study done by research findings and proposals to address gaps and weaknesses in the regulation of ways to protect corporate rights provided concrete recommendations for their application.
