Essay

Object of research - the different clinical forms of basal cell skin cancer. The purpose of research - more effective diagnosis and treatment and preventive care to patients with basal cell skin cancer based on clinical and epidemiological, morphological and immunohistochemical features. Methods: epidemiological, clinical and medical history, dermatoscopy, morphological, immunohistochemical and statistical. The Dissertation deals with solution of the scientific problem of improvement of efficiency of diagnostic, medical and preventive treatment of basal cell carcinoma patients with due consideration of clinical, epidemiological, morphological and immunohistochemical features. It is established that the sickness rate of this pathology is high both on the territory of Donetsk Region and in Ukraine on the whole and it tends to increase annually. The dermatoscopical, pathomorphological and immunohistochemical features of this disease were analyzed and forecasting model of clinical course and relapses was developed. A pathogenic grounded and high-effective differentiated approach to the choice of treatment method of basal cell carcinoma patients was worked out, which is confirmed by absence of relapses in 96,2% of patients. Results have been implemented in the practice of the department of dermatology, infectious and parasitic diseases of the skin of SE "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of NAMS of Ukraine", the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of Donetsk National Medical University named after Maxim Gorky, as well as in practice MCTPE "City dermatovenerologic dispensary № 1 of Donetsk city" and MTPE "City Dispensary dermatovenerologic of Mariupol".
