The results of analysis of the psychological and educational literature on the study , defined psychological and pedagogical conditions of use elements of ICT in teaching physics to students 7-9 classes. The detailed analysis of domestic and foreign information media education 's ability to use the elements of ICT in the learning process in physics for students 7-9 classes. The directions of teaching physics using ICT and the main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of research objectives: motivational, practical, interactive, cognitive independence, scientific -research. Developed guidelines for writing research papers and guidelines on writing tests for the development of research capabilities of students in physics.
