Essay

General theoretical and methodological aspects of the legal system of the society are researched on the complex basis in the dissertation. The state of scientific study of the problem is considered within the study of doctrinal foundations of the legal system of the society. Based on the analysis of scientific papers of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, the evolution of scientific views on the genesis of the idea of legal system in the theory of state and law is traced. General theoretical analysis of the system approach as a framework for the development of the legal society is carried out.
