The concept was formulated and criminal and legal characteristic of corruption crimes was made in the State Executive Service of Ukraine. The concept of a corruption crime was determined in the State Executive Service of Ukraine. The analyses of quantitative and qualitative indicators of corruption crimes in the State Executive Service of Ukraine were made. The causes and conditions of corruption crimes in the State Executive Service of Ukraine were determined. Suggestions on improvement of the State Executive Service of Ukraine to prevent corruption crimes were made.
