Essay

The dissertation is focused on the theoretical generalization and making proposals on the main ways to enhance the activities on prevention of crime among the personnel of the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, using the world's best experience. It was established that today the cooperation between the public and law enforcement agencies in preventing crime among the police personnel is at an unsatisfactory level. In order to improve the legal basis of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the author proposed to make a number of changes and amendments to some legal acts.
