Essay

The present dissertation sets forth the results of research aimed at development of conditioning technologies of wastewaters with application of activated slightly-soluble reagents. For activation of hardphase reagents, a construction of hydrodynamic jet cavitator was developed. On the example of calcium hydroxide, the influence of cavitational phenomena on the hardphase reagents was analyzed. Usage of activated calcium hydroxide in the purification processes of wastewaters of meat-processing enterprises ensures practically its complete use and the high level of wastewaters purification. Technological schemes of purification of wastewaters of meat-processing enterprises are proposed and developed, and the rational operating practices are established. The generalized technical and economic calculations made convincingly evidence of the economic efficiency of the developed technology.
