The thesis is aimed at the development of a complex technology of industrial wastewater treatment from Cu2+, S2-, HS–-ions by sorption method using a regenerated mixed sorbent consisting of activated carbon (AC) and diatomaceous earth (K). The rational parameters of the regeneration process of the spent (after the stage of purification of sugar syrup production of soft drinks) mixed sorbent (AC + K) were determined. The possibility of effective use of regenerated mixed sorbent (AC + K) for complex treatment of industrial wastewater of different productions from Cu2+, S2-, HS–-ions has been established and rational technological parameters of their extraction have been substantiated. The ability of the sulfide-ion modified matrix surface of sorbents (AC + K) to provide complex extraction of Cu2+, S2-, HS–-ions from industrial wastewater due to topochemical reactions of copper(II) sulfide and elemental sulfur formation has been determined. The spent mixed sorbent with sulfur and copper(II) sulfide sorbed on its surface was investigated as a component of plastic lubricants, the tribotechnical characteristics of the developed lubricant compositions were established. The complex technology of industrial wastewater treatment from Cu2+, S2-, HS–-ions by the sorption method of regenerated mixed sorbent (AC + K) with the production of purified technical water and final plastic lubricants for special purposes has been proposed.
