The advanced study is sanctified to the problems of timely diagnostics and development of effective methods of intensive therapy of endothelial dysfunction for patients on cirrhosis of liver on the different stages of her development, using for this purpose the anisotropic conditioned therapy with application of preparations of L- arginine and glutamine acid. The results of scientific researches ground expediency of realization of С13-metacitin of respiratory test in combination with the generally accepted methods of diagnostics for patients with the cirrhosis of liver for determination of degree of defeat of liver and prognostication of origin and progress of hepatic encephalopathy. For the exposure of displays of hepatic encephalopathy already on the early stages of their forming and estimation of motive disorders is the set importance of the neyropsichometric testing for patients with the cirrhosis of liver. Well-proven involvement of endothelial dysfunction in an origin and progress of hepatic encephalopathy for patients with the cirrhosis of liver. Reasonable necessity of determination of hemodynamic violations for the extra cranial vessels of cerebrum for patients with the cirrhosis of liver for prognostication of origin and progress of hepatic encephalopathy already on early the stage them. There is the well-proven efficiency of setting to the patients with the cirrhosis of liver of preparations of L- arginine and glutamine acid with the aim of prophylaxis of origin and progress of hepatic encephalopathy.
