Essay

The analysis of the functional status of patients with concomitant cardiovascular disease at the stages of surgery and in the postoperative period . Analyzed the main features of the anesthetic management with concomitant hypertension and coronary heart disease in 108 patients. The features of different options of anesthetic management on the background of epidural anesthesia in patients with essential hypertension. Proved the feasibility of using intravenous, inhalation anesthesia epidural block on the background depending on the severity of hypertension. Proven high blood pressure importance of correction to reduce postoperative complications, a scheme for gradual reduction of blood pressure and the patient's adaptation to the conditions of operational stress and disease development. Shown the importance of ACE inhibitors, captopril, against epidural anesthesia as drugs that possess a number of positive properties for safety and efficacy of anesthesia and its quality. The obtained data on the impact of the combined funds provide different anesthetic on hemodynamic parameters of patients.
