Kit I. Ways of care provision optimization to patients with hemorrhagic stroke in a neurovascular department at a multi-branch hospital.

The thesis presents an analysis of verifiable cases of acute fatal andn on-fatal hemorrhagic stroke in patients who were treated in neurovascular department (neurosurgical department number2) at Kyiv City Clinical Emergency Hospital for 4years (2009-2012). The peculiarities of the structure of fatal and non-fatal acute hemorrhagic stroke have been analyzed. We have generalized the state of prevention of stroke in outpatients, timeliness and adequacy of emergency care to the patients with stroke at pre-hospital stage and medical care to patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke in the early hospital stage. The peculiarities of clinical data and additional research methods for hemorrhagic stroke, their dynamics, complications of the disease and causes of death of in-patients have been ascertained. Based on these results, we have substantiated some recommendions and suggest some ways to optimize medical and diagnostic process in acute hemorrhagic stroke in the pre-hospital and early hospital stages.
