The work is dedicated to theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of human capital motivation of construction enterprises and justification of the main directions of formation of human capital system motivation of construction enterprises, which is proposed to be defined as a set of interrelated forms and methods of management impact on the economic behavior of personnel, that provide predominantly the intensive development of construction enterprises on the basis of the intensive human capital reproduction. Thesis describes the approach to understanding the human capital system motivation process that is based on the combination of not only physical, social, moral, but also ecological incentives.
