Research Object - the process of controlling a TV center studio virtual environment in accordance with changing the studio camera position in 3D space. Purpose of the thesis is the development of the method of measuring television system performance for controlling a virtual environment during video shooting in TV centers and creation on the base of the developed method of the system itself. Research methods - epipolar geometry, linear algebra, mathematical modeling, computer modelling of signals and systems. Results - the theoretical basis of conversion of moving object 2D coordinates from video cameras images to its coordinates in 3D space was obtained; a new method of studio camera infrared markers identification was developed; a new method of television system measuring video cameras synchronization based on the wireless network was suggested; designed the method and television system for tracking the studio camera, they provide controlling a virtual environment. Introduction- some methods and algorithms were used in the educational process and reserches at the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics, as well as in the research project of the Scientific and Technical Center of the Academy of Sciences in Applied Radio Electronics.
