Kosenko A. Mechanisms of state regulation of investment flows in Ukraine

Object of research: the process of state regulation of investment flows. Purpose: is the theoretical justification and applied scientific foundations to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of investment flows to enhance the competitiveness of Ukraine's economy with a focus on innovative path of development. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, comparative analysis. Results: improved mechanisms of state regulation of investment flows in Ukraine. Novelty: based approach to improve the system of state regulation of investment processes, based on the allocation of a specific object of regulation - "investment flow"; improved approach to structuring the mechanism of state regulation of investment flows; developed further substantiation of the state investment promotion strategies, based on the priorities of Ukraine's economic development and other activities introduced in Krasnokutskaya District State Administration of Kharkiv region and Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. Fields of application: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
