Essay

The actual scientific problem of increasing the efficiency of the multispectral active-passive monitoring systems of objects and scenes that operates in an arbitrary time and inclement weather conditions is solved in this thesis. Therefore a new structural scheme of integrated radio monitoring and integrated unified electrodynamic structures of partial channels beamforming in the microwave range are proposed. New models of digital signal representation of partial channels and method of complex images spectrum formation and processing in monitoring system are developed. A two-step method and data processing algorithm of partial channels in integrated active-passive radio monitoring system are developed, which provides pixel complexification of radiometric and radar images with weights, which are adaptively determined based on the signal/noise ratio. The developed technique is implemented as a software tool using the MATLAB software.
