Object of research - syphilis, trichomoniasis. The purpose of the study - the optimization measures for the prevention of sexually transmitted infections among children and adolescents based on disease monitoring and identification of the most significant contributing factors. Methods: epidemiological, clinical, mathematical, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to optimization of prevention measures of sexually transmitted infections in children and adolescents based on the monitoring of diseases and determine the most significant contributing factors and the development of a new method of treatment of chronic trichomoniasis. The development of syphilis incidence was predicted. Were detected factors influenced on incidence of syphilis, that were confirmed with mathematical methods by studing the data of 5 regions (Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkiv, Chernovitsky areas and AR Crimea) where were found 2 independent generalizing factors: first (main) - "an incomplete family", "alcoholism in a family", "rape" both the second - "orphans" and "homeless". The method of therapy of a chronical trichomoniasis in women which increases efficiency of patients treatment was developed. Was made the algorithm "Organizational, preventive and treatment actions for patients with sexually transmitted infections". Results have been implemented in the practice of MCTPE "City dermatovenerologic dispensary № 1 of Donetsk city", Lugansk regional dermatovenerologic dispensary, MTPEH "Regional dermatovenerologic dispensary" (Donetsk), MEH "Kharkiv city dermatovenerologic dispensary № 2", Crimean Republic institution "Clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary", MEH "Regional Clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary № 1" (Kharkiv), MEH "Kharkiv city clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary № 5".
