Essay

Object - the process of personnel management communication enterprises. Purpose - justification of theoretical foundations, development of methodological principles and practical recommendations to improve personnel management companies based communication into account the influence of personal characteristics of workers on its results of operations. The study used a set of methods, techniques and principles of scientific knowledge, the provisions of Personnel Management on theoretical and empirical levels, in particular: method of generalization and systematization of observation, analogy, synthesis, we move from the concrete to the abstract; dialectical approach, method comparison, detail elimination; Economics and Statistics; graphic methods in constructing diagrams, graphs, charts. Scientific novelty: grounded methodological basis for improving the management of communication enterprise staff by considering the personal characteristics of employees, based on a complex combination of techniques and methodological approaches for determining these characteristics in view intertest dependence, the specifics of the communication enterprise and can improve the validity, efficiency personnel decisions and to evaluate the effectiveness of the personnel management; improved quantitative evaluation criterion Personnel Management of communication enterprise, taking into account the determinants that affect the economic activities of the enterprise; improved scientific and methodical approach to the formation of the optimal in terms of the effective specific task, the workforce; was further developed terminological system of personnel management by introducing the concepts of personality profile and template profession; further developed the definition of interpersonal interaction in the workforce, its favorable and negative factors obtained on the basis of information about the personal characteristics of individual workers. Results of the thesis have been applied in the provision of recommendations to improve the efficient use of personnel in enterprises SE "UGTSR"; USEPC "Ukrposhta"; NPP "Kvant-Ether"; Lviv branch of JSC "Ukrtelecom"; BRT Concern; GP "Synergy" in scientific work and teaching process of Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov and Research Institute on Infocommunications of ONAT named after O.S. Popov.
