Nedashkivska T. Formation and assessment of restrictions and aggravations in agricultural land use.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific basis for the formation and assesment of restrictions and aggravations in agricultural land use. A methodological approach to determining the losses caused by the restrictions and aggravations in agricultural land use is offered. The economic and environmental nature of the restrictions and aggravations in land use is grounded. The analysis of controlled-access facilities, establishment of protection zones around them and the regime of using these lands and their assessment is made; there have been developed scientific approaches to restrictions in the land use based on the land suitability and the relief conditions. The mechanism of agricultural land loss compensation to the owners and land users that are caused by restrictions and aggravations of agricultural land use is improved.
