This paper deals with theoretical approaches on determining the nature of organic agricultural production, as well as justifies a conceptual position of the development. A system of an institutional environment formation of the organic agricultural production has been proved. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of ecological and economic efficiency of the organic agricultural production have been improved. Ecological and economic analysis of the current state of the organic agricultural production in Ukraine has been performed. Factors of influence on the organic agricultural production development in Ukraine have been defined and systematized. Scientific and methodological approaches to the optimization of the organic agricultural production structure have been suggested. The pricing system while the organic agricultural production has been improved. Approaches to the state stimulation mechanism formation of the organic agricultural production development have been proved.
