Mozharovska K. Procedural features of consideration of cases on the defence of public persons’ dignity, honour and business reputation.

The thesis contains scientific and theoretical analysis of procedural features of court consideration of cases on the defence of public persons’ dignity, honour and business reputation in the civil procedure framework The content of categories «public person», «honour», «dignity» and «business reputation» is considered. The problematic of realization judicial defence of public persons’ honour, dignity and business reputation are investigated; general and specific means of fulfillment such defence were analysed. On the basis of analysis of the special literature, civil, civil procedural legislation, and legislation regulating information relations in Ukraine and practice of its application, international legal acts and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, propositions as to the refinement of the procedure of courts’ consideration and decision – making in cases on the defence of public persons’ dignity, honour and business reputation are formulated.
