Nizhynskyy S. Liability for damages caused as a result of corruption.

The thesis aims to reveal the peculiarities of civil legal liability envisaged for a damage caused by corruption actions and to create a general concept of legal proceedings regulating its reimbursement. There was made the description of corruption as a legal category and there were determined civil legal methods for its prevention and combating. There were formulated the description and characteristics of civil legal liability envisaged for damage caused by corruption actions. It was established that civil legal liability envisaged for a damage caused by corruption actions is characterized by a number of special features which allow us to consider it in connection with a special delict.
