The theoretical substaniation of the role of different levels single physical loads in the occurrence of metabolic and function disorders in erythrocytes and leucocytes in sportsmans engaged in aerobics, football and middle-distance running is presented in the dissertation. Found that a single workout during physical loads average and peak levels in athletes causing significant changes in the expression of acid resistance, activity lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system, and adenylic nucleotides in erythrocytes, of the phagocytosis and secretory activity of neutrophiles and monocytes, and in population composition and secretory activity of lymphocytes. Degree of impairment of the metabolic and immune homeostatic disorders in erythrocytes, neutrophiles, monocytes and lymphocytes in athletes regardless of their sports specialization, similar to the same level of physical loads. The greatest violation of the metabolic and immune disorders called once training during physical loads peak level. Physical loads trigger level in a single training negative effect on the metabolic and immune status of erythrocytes, neutrophiles, monocytes and lymphocytes in athletes of different sports specialization do not call.
