Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of patients for multiple choledocholithiasis complicated by suppurative cholangitis. Best terms of using cholecystectomy are 4-5th day after the removal of choledocholithiasis and suppurative cholangitis, using the laparoscopic method as priority. Implementation of the developed diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm provided improved results of surgical interventions using miniinvasive technologies and reduced the duration of treatment in hospital, frequency of complications, mortality.
