The dissertation is devoted to the surgical treatment of patients with cholelithiasis and gallbladder stones, which is combined with other surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space. The method of choice are simultaneous laparoscopic surgery, which not lead to an increase of intra-operative and postoperative complications rates, the duration of hospital stay, more severe pain.
