TThe thesis is devoted to define adaptive and productive qualities of pig breeds: Landrace, the Large White, Duroc, Hampshire, Pietrain of the foreign origin and their descendants under conditions of the industrial complex. It was obtained new data and given a comparative evaluation of their own productivity, the reproductive capacity of sows of the foreign origin and their descendants in the first generation.
