Object of research: the process of analysis and synthesis of adaptive e-learning systems. Objective: an increase of e-learning system functional efficiency by creating information technology analysis and synthesis of adaptive e-learning system. Methods: methods of system analysis, pattern recognition theory, information theory, machine learning decision-making systems, object-oriented projects system design and software engineering. Theoretical and practical results: work evolve existing information technology to improve the functional efficiency of e-learning as a tool of providing training. Created complex models and applications of information technology can be used to develop and improve the system of e-learning. Novelty: an information technology that includes a set of logically related models, optimization algorithms operating parameters of the system of e-learning and functional efficiency measure, can improve the functional efficiency of the e-learning system. The degree of approbation: results are implemented to the e-learning system of Sumy State University, Chernigov National University of Technology and the corporate training system of "Net Cracker" company. Theoretical results are implemented to the educational process these universities and Sumy State Pedagogical University named after O.S.Makarenko. Sphere use: computerization of educational process.
