Karpenko I. Financial providing of environmentally-oriented regional development

Research object: the process of financial providing of environmentally-oriented regional development. Research aim: to develop the scientific and methodological provisions for the improvement of the process of financial providing of region of the system of environmentally oriented development. Research methods: abstraction and logic synthesis; economic and mathematic modeling; comparison methods; rankings, statistical, graphics, comparative methods. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to the selection of priority financial instruments to financial providing of environmentally sustainable development based on levels of potential of environmentally oriented development and eco-economic adaptability according to the criterion of maximum ecological and economic benefit per unit of environmental costs. Degree of implementation: methodical and practical results have been implemented in activity of Department of Ecology, energy sector and natural resources of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Public JSC "NASOSENERGOMASH" in the learning process of Sumy State University. Field (industry) use: environmental economics.
