Object of research: the process of enterprise competitiveness ensuring in a realization of the concept of ecologically sustainable development. Research aim: improvement of the theoretical, scientific and methodical positions for the formation of organizational-economic mechanism to ensure industrial enterprise' competitiveness in terms of ecologically sustainable development. Research methods: method of systematization; method of deduction and analogy method; comparative method; abstract and logical method; normative method; method of formalization; systems analysis and decomposition; methods of assessing the competitiveness of R.A. Fatkhutdinov; calculation and analytical method; systematic and structured method. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodical developments, practical recommendations and implementation of conceptual and theoretical positions, principles, methods and tools for organizational and economic ensuring of ecologically oriented competitiveness. Novelty: approach to determining the essence of enterprise competitiveness, which is based on consideration of an integrated enterprise system capacity to provide conditions of competitive products at all stages of enterprise life cycle, has been proposed and justified; structural and logical essence of the concept of "Ecologically oriented competitiveness" has been improved; scientific and methodical approach to the assessment of ecologically oriented enterprise competitiveness has been improved; organizational-economic mechanism of ecologically oriented enterprise competitiveness has been improved; the theoretical and methodical principles and criteria for evaluating ecologically oriented enterprise competitiveness have received further development; the scientific and methodical approaches to strategic planning ecologically oriented competitiveness have received further development. Degree of implementation: development and practical recommendations were carried out in the activity of "MIKEM"; in education process of Sumy state university. The sphere of use: Economics of Natural Management and Environment Protection.
