Kryvoruchko L. Organizational and economic backgrounds of controlling of international economic activity of machine-building enterprises

Object of research: the management of internatinal economic activity of the domestic machine-building enterprise. Objective: to develop organizational and economic backgrounds of controlling application in the international economic activity of the machine-building enterprise and further improvement the controlling system based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of its work. Research methods and equipment: system and process approaches, methods of learning (logical method, analysis, synthesis), the method of classification, logical method, analysis, modeling, and formalization of factor analysis, the theory of quality control, linear geometry and methods for solving systems of nonlinear equations, Matlab and Excel software. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodical, practical proposals for the implementation of controlling in management of the machine-building enterprise engaged in foreign trade. Novelty: the ranking system developed machine-building enterprises engaged in foreign trade, in terms of economic feasibility of controlling application, which is based on the generalized considering the effect of three parameters: the volume of product sales of machine-building enterprise, the size of its staff and the breadth of the range of products; improved scientific and methodical approach to the definition of the economic effect of controlling application in domestic currency control of machine-building enterprises; improved scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the performance of the controlling of machine-building enterprise; improved methodical approach to the choice of tools for use in controlling the management of foreign economic activity of machine-building enterprises; further developed guidelines for business process regulations of foreign exchange control in the machine-building enterprises and theoretical backgrounds of economic security. The degree of implementation: results applied in activities of NPP "Nasostehkomplekt", PJSC "Sumy. MV Frunze ", LLC" Trostianetsky engineering plant ", in the learning process of Sumy State University. Area of application: economics and business management.
