Hrycenko P. Economic grounding of business process reengineering at the manufacturing enterprises

Object of study scientific work : business processes of the industry enterprises that can be re-designed during the reengineering. Research methods and facilities: a systematic approach, the dialectical method of cognition, fundamental principles of a modern economic theory, concepts of production economics and business management. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological designs and practical suggestions to identify problems that arise at the different stages of enterprise development, systematization of influence factors and the development of measures to re-design organizational structures in order to improve radically the conditions of their functioning. It aims to increase the management efficiency of economic and organizational development of the industry enterprises. Novelty: scientific and methodical approach to the determination of the criteria of dynamic state of the business processes dynamic flows is grounded; it affects the actual cost of the latter after their re-engineering at the industry enterprises, as the result it is possible to construct economically effective re-engineering model of organizational changes; existing reengineering classification is extended by means of adding to it a new classificatory feature, which takes into account the number of re-designed business processes and divides reengineering into mono- process and poly-process reengineering, creating economic instruments for each of these re-engineering kinds; the theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of reengineering implementation are improved; in contrast to other mechanisms it takes into account an adaptive component, the influence from state authorities and contains an economic unit and planning unit planning; theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of re-engineering concept got a further development, unlike the other it considers the importance of the influence of organizational and economic factors on the functional flow of business processes in the implementation of fundamental changes at the enterprise, which is successively directed movement of material and informational resources through complex of all functions; a methodical approach to the identification of preferred strategic development ways of business processes during re-engineering changes got a further development, unlike to other it takes into account expert opinions about the growth of all types of industrial enterprise potential under organizational and economic transformation.
