Object - stablt exertional angina FC 2 and 3 in 120 patients. For the first time the indices of stress threshold increased and the leptin level decreased at the same time, advantage of amlodipine in intensification of positive changes of lipid composition of blood, drol of leptin in women, increase of EF of LV regardless the gender. Results - improvement of the diagnosing and treatment of the stable angina. It was introduced into academic process and practical medicine. Branch - medicine.
