Pisna N. Criminal Juridical Value of Application of the Law on Criminal Responsibility

Current dissertation discloses criminal juridical value of application of the law on criminal responsibility. Exploring theoretical-methodological basics of the mentioned issue, author considered necessity to define place of the law on criminal responsibility application practice within the structure of criminal juridical regulation and system of the criminal laws sources. It is proven that criminal juridical value of application of the law on criminal responsibility is being disclosed via characterization of its functions: securing legitimacy, filling gaps, estimating, interpretation, empirical and didactic.
