Prylypko O. Legal nature and content of non-standard labor contracts

The dissertation is devoted to a complicated issue concerning theoretical foundations of legal regulation of relationships which appear on grounds of non-standard labor agreements under conditions of market-driven economy and development of a democratic, social, legal state. In this dissertation the subject matter of these relationships is expanded and proved that only the employee with his unique capacity to work that cannot be separated from his personality creates the gross domestic product, material and spiritual values, contributes to economic development of the country. On the kind of controlling and labor organization mechanism offered in the state and used in a particular enterprise, institution or organization the economic power depends its strategic development path as well as relationships (democratic or totalitarian) among employees and employers.
